1> You Are Going To live In A Place For A Long Time-

The the first thing to specify before buying a house that is that you are going to leave for a long time at a specific place.

This thing is important because when you had bought a house and then you came to know that you had to change the place due to some reason and then you are having regret on yourself.

So, make sure you that you are going to live for a long time in a specific place, if it is not then you can live in a rental property.

2> You Are Having A Permanent Income Source -

A second thing you had to specify after the first thing is that you have permanent income source from where you are getting adequate amount of money to pay the EMIs.

Having a permanent income source is important for you for buying a house because when your income source then you don't have money to pay the installments.

So, Make sure that you are having a permanent income source before buying a house.

3> You Are Having A Large Family- The third thing you need to specify after the all the points that I had stated above is that you are having a large family.

This means that you are having children they may be one or two.

if you are husband-wife then you can live in a rental property and if you have children then you can think to buy a property.
