the  thing to follow if you want to become pro in your field is that your attention should be focused tightly on the specific skill you are trying to master or a skill you are trying to improve. Let's understand it with a story. Once upon a time there a businessman lived.  Everything which he do he fails in that thing. He went to an advisor to seek the answer. The businessman told to the advisor that he was thinking about his failures last night and he had not eaten anything. Firstly the advisor gave the food to the businessman. The businessman ate the food happily.  Then the advisor called his assistant to bring a variety of food. The food was laid on the table the businessman rejected to eat the food because his stomach was already full. The advisor replied happily to the business man that in the same way you was thinking about your failures that's why you was not getting success.

Conclusion
From the above we had learned that we should focus on only one thing if we want to become successful. Our focus should be only on our goal. Our mind shouldn't to be stuck on the distraction. Our focus should be on goal that we want.
